We set up Service Matters to develop a professional and commercial approach to corporate services for Orbit and other landlords. This has been achieved. The work delivered is a testament to the dedication of those involved in delivering professional services and growing the business. Orbit’s ambitious future means we need the full attention of the people involved to help shape the organisation to deliver financial targets, key business priorities and meet the needs of customers to 2020 and beyond.”

Julian Beaney, Business Services Director at Orbit added: “We thank all of those involved in making Service Matters a huge success. We would not have been able to achieve this success without the support and engagement from our 130+ customers, and of course the contribution and hard work of our team of talented people. I am proud to be associated with our track record of delivering transformation, success and tangible benefits for every customer that we have worked with. We look forward to the future and supporting Orbit in delivering its ambition in delivering more homes.”
