  • Affordable homes for rent at Ettington Lodge in Wellesbourne, Warwickshire

    Ettington Lodge, our new newest independent living with care scheme located in Wellesbourne, Warwickshire, is now being advertised for rent through Home Choice Plus (www.homechoiceplus.org.uk). Available late in April 2018, the scheme consists of 40 one and two bedroom apartments and ten two bedroom bungalows.

  • The Homes and Communities Agency gets relaunched as Homes England

    The Government made clear its wish for the HCA’s function as the regulator of social housing to be separated from its investment functions. As a result, the regulatory side of the HCA has been rebranded the Regulator of Social Housing (RSH) and the investment side has been renamed Homes England.
