Severe weather notification Friday 2 March

Due to the continued extreme weather, our gas servicing and repairs services in the Midlands, Eastern and Southern counties are still being affected. Our contractors, Mitie, BSW Heating and Robert Heath Heating, are prioritising emergency appointments and are working hard to reach customers as quickly as possible. We ask for your patience as we work through the backlog.

Warwickshire, Northamptonshire, and surrounding areas in the Midlands, along with Suffolk, Norfolk, Kent, Sussex, Surrey and Greater London are experiencing the most severe weather conditions with more snow predicted for today (2 March), but it is expected to warm up over the weekend..

If our contractor isn’t able to carry out your repair at the scheduled appointment time, they will contact you directly to arrange another suitable date and time when they will be able to visit. This may be subject to a further change dependent on how long the adverse weather continues. While all repair works are important, we will be prioritising emergency repairs. Repair times may shift, plus you may get multiple texts whilst the contractors try to get the job completed as soon as possible, so please use the information on the latest text and only call the Customer Service Centre on 0800 678 1221 if the appointment is inconvenient.
