Help for house hunters as Help to Buy hits the road

Help to Buy is bringing its roadshow to Worcester, Nottingham & Birmingham this Winter to help local people get on the housing ladder.

These free Help to Buy events provide house hunters and first-time buyers with the opportunity to meet a range of housing professionals, who can help them unlock their buying potential and get onto the property ladder.

They’ll be taking place here:

  • Help to Buy Worcestershire - Saturday 20 January 2018 at Worcester Racecourse, Pitchcroft, Worcester, WR1 3EJ from 10am to 3.30pm.
  • Help to Buy Nottinghamshire – Saturday 10 February 2018 at Nottingham Conference Centre, Burton Street, Nottingham, NG1 4BU from 10am to 3.30pm.
  • Help to Buy Birmingham – Saturday 17 March 2018 at Aston Villa Football Club, Villa Park, Birmingham, B6 6HE from 9.30am to 4pm.

With new-build house builders, mortgage advisors and solicitors on hand, visitors to the roadshows can increase their property knowledge and leave with lots of useful information. The Help to Buy Midlands team will also be there to explain more about the different home buying options that are available with the Help to Buy scheme.

Exhibitors at the Help to Buy events include house builders with new build properties available to buy through the Help to Buy Equity Loan and Shared Ownership schemes, along with financial advisors, who will be providing free mortgage assessments and advice throughout the day. There will also be solicitors providing guidance on the conveyancing process.

Help to Buy Shows are not just for first-time buyers, they are also for people thinking about moving up the property ladder, or downsizing to a smaller home.

Entry is free. People can avoid the queues on the day by registering for free tickets at http://www.helptobuymidlands.co.uk/roadshow
