Adverse weather update Wednesday 27 December

Please be aware that our repairs service has been affected due to the adverse weather conditions. Because of this, we are experiencing a higher than usual volume of repair requests. Our contractors are finding it difficult to reach some customers for scheduled appointments and are working hard to reach customers as quickly as possible. We ask for your patience as we work through the backlog.

If our contractor isn’t able to carry out your repair at the scheduled appointment time, they will contact you directly to arrange another suitable date and time when they will be able to visit. This may be subject to a further change dependent on how long the adverse weather continues. While all repair works are important, we will be prioritising emergency repairs. Repair times may shift, plus you may get multiple texts whilst the contractors try to get the job completed as soon as possible, so please use the information on the latest text and only call the Customer Service Centre on 0800 678 1221 if the appointment is inconvenient.

Update at 10pm: Our repairs service is back to normal and any repairs booked with us should now be carried out as planned. Thanks for your patience during this busy time.
