Grenfell inquiry

Since the tragic fire at the Grenfell Tower block in June we have been working hard to reassure our customers and continue to make sure our blocks are safe. All of our tower blocks meet current regulation, have Fire Risk Assessments (FRAs) in place and have been inspected in conjunction with the local fire authorities and our staff.

We have assessed all of our blocks and can confirm that none of them have the same type of aluminium composite material (ACM) as believed to be used at Grenfell Tower.

We are continually looking at ways to keep our customers safe from fire. This includes providing customers with information about fire prevention, looking at how we can make our tower blocks even safer and understanding the learnings from the Grenfell Inquiry, for which we welcome the formal opening of today.
