Orbit, one of the UK’s largest developing housing associations, has been shortlisted as Affordable Housing Provider of the Year in the 2017 First Time Buyer Readers’ Awards.
Now in its eighth year, the acclaimed awards celebrate organisations that help aspiring first time buyers onto the property ladder.
Recognised for the innovative way it designs, builds and markets its homes, as well as the variety of services it offers, Orbit is up against five other housing associations for the Affordable Housing Provider of the Year award.
Now in its 50th year of building communities, Orbit delivers over 1,500 affordable new homes across the Midlands, East, and South East each year.
From outright sale to shared ownership and Help to Buy, Orbit offers its new homes through a range of tenures to help buyers achieve their dream of owning a home. Our sales staff are trained to help lower income households into home ownership, and all of our properties have affordability and durability built into their designs.
Whilst the shortlist for Affordable Housing Provider of the Year was chosen by judges at First Time Buyer magazine, the winner of the award is now up to you!
