With new house builders, mortgage advisors and solicitors available, attendees can increase their property knowledge and come away with lots of useful information. Help to Buy Midlands will be on hand with information about the different home buying options and how Help to Buy works.

Exhibitors include house builders and housing associations with properties available through the Help to Buy Equity Loan and Shared Ownership schemes, and financial advisors, who will be providing free mortgage assessments and advice throughout the day. There will also be solicitors available with guidance on the conveyancing process.
