A big thank you to the 2823 customers who took part in our annual What Matters survey conducted in May. This telephone survey conducted by an external Market Research Company on our behalf lets us know how we are doing and tells us where we need to improve.
Since 2014 it is pleasing to note that overall satisfaction with services has improved across the board: up to 81% for rented customers and up to 68% for owners. We appreciate these scores are still short of the 90% target we have set ourselves and we are continuing to focus on those aspects of the service where you have told us improvements are needed.
