Orbit customers have been working hard to refresh the garden and vegetable patch at Harvest Court in Esher, Surrey.
Lucy, Tracy, Caroline, Emma and Trina all worked hard to make the gardens look nice and have all helped to maintain the grounds.
They have grown strawberries, carrots, onions, spring onions, potatoes, cucumber, sweetcorn, peppers, tomatoes, runner beans, gooseberries, dwarf beans and an apple tree. They are also growing a wide range of flowers in pots and in flower beds to make the gardens nicer for everyone.
Lucy said "having a communal garden means a lot to us. It's a great way to get together with the neighbours and try and keep the community spirit going, which is especially important to those of us who have been here for many years".
The customers thanked Orbit for the water butt and Groundscapes for re-building the vegetable patch, preparing the soil and making it secure.
