Orbit Homes achieves ‘outstanding’ customer satisfaction rating

Orbit Homes’ outstanding customer satisfaction has been recognised through two formal accolades.

In-House, an independent research organisation, has awarded Orbit Homes two accolades following a survey of 77 customers who purchased a home through shared ownership during 2014. The survey, which poses a series of questions to respondents, discovered that 99% of customers surveyed would recommend Orbit Homes as a developer, resulting in the organisation receiving a Gold award. Additionally, the results highlighted that Orbit Homes received a Net Promoter score* of over 80, with any score over 65 considered ‘outstanding’.

Chris Craig, Orbit Homes’ sales director, commented: “We’re really proud of both of these awards. Not only is it fantastic to see that customers are incredibly satisfied with us as an organisation, but it is also a direct reflection of the hard work that our teams have put in to get to this stage.”
