We are changing the way you make payments to us so it’s easier and more convenient for you and will now be made through ‘AllPay’.
Information on the changes can be found in the attached allpay leaflet, including details of all the different ways you can pay us and where you can pay us. You’ll notice you will now be able to pay by text, make an automated payment by calling us and pressing option 3 and via the AllPay app on your smartphone.
Can you continue to use the online payment service?
Unfortunately the new online payment function through ‘AllPay’ is not yet available. We are currently testing this service ahead of launch as we need to ensure this service provides you with an effective and hassle free seamless service. We aim to have this service up and running soon and will communicate to you when we go-live.
With this in mind we have decided to reinstate the link to Santander on our website. This is for online payments only and will be available during this transitional period. We will communicate the launch date of the new ‘AllPay’ online service as soon this is available.
Can you continue to use your current payment card?
Yes, you can continue to use your existing payment card at any outlet that displays the PayPoint or Post Office signs. You will no longer be able to pay at ‘Payzone’ outlets. You can find your nearest PayPoint at www.paypoint.co.uk – there are over 26,700 of them!
When will this change take place?
These changes took place from the 1 August 2014.
What is staying the same?
We won’t be making any changes to the way you pay Direct Debits or Standing Orders.
