Website Launch

After lots of feedback from our customers it’s clear that more of our services should also be available online - so that’s exactly what we’re doing.

From 'My Account' you can:

  • Pay your rent
  • Update your details
  • View your account information
  • Report anti-social behaviour
  • Provide feedback or make a complaint
  • Opt in or out of paper rent Statements
  • Tell us how you want to receive your magazine

Already have a Customer Secure Area account?

All you need to sign in to the new 'My Account' area is a unique username and password. You will already have this if you’ve used the Customer Secure Area on our old websites – you can sign in with those details on the new website. If you’ve misplaced or forgotten yours then contact our Customer Service Centre.

Don’t yet have an account?

You can request a username and password simply by filling out a short online form on the website, or by contacting our Customer Service Centre. Once signed in, you’ll be able to update these login details to something more memorable in the 'My Account' area.

Rent statements online

Using the new website, you will easily be able to view and print your rent statement and up to date account balance at any time online. We will be going paperless later in the year, so if you would like to stop receiving paper rent statements immediately you can opt out by signing in to the 'My Account' area.

If you opt out or don’t go online and would like a printed rent statement for any reason, you can still contact us and ask for a copy.

Coming soon

Paperless direct debits - if you aren’t on direct debit but want to be, towards the end of the year you will be able to sign up quickly and securely through our website.

Reporting a repair - an online repairs reporting service will launch in 2015 so you can book an appointment online anytime without having to phone or wait for a response.

What if I don’t want to use online services?

If you don’t want to use the internet as we move more of our services online, we will make sure that you can continue to get in touch with us on the phone or in person.

If you’d like some help to get online or improve you computer skills, you can call our Customer Service Centre on 0345 600 2535 to find out what support is available in your area.

You can also find free support at thousands of UK online centres around the country.

To find your nearest centre, call the UK helpline on 0800 77 1234. Alternatively you can text “online” and your postcode to 80809 (Texts cost 25p plus your standard network charge). If you do have internet access you can also use the postcode search at to find your nearest centre
