Anti-social Behaviour Orbit Will Manage

We consider the following to be types of Anti-social behaviour we will manage in our role as the landlord:

Arson

This is a criminal offence and must be reported to the Police immediately.

Assault & Threats of Violence

This is a criminal offence and must be reported to the Police immediately.

Brothels

This is a criminal offence and must be reported to the Police immediately.

Criminal Damage (inc offensive graffiti)

This is a criminal offence and must be reported to the Police immediately.

Drug Dealing and Use

This is a criminal offence and must be reported to the Police immediately.

Noise (that is a statutory nuisance)

If a Local Authority Environmental Health Department deems that a statutory nuisance is happening or will happen in the future, they must serve an abatement notice. This requires whoever is responsible to stop or restrict the noise. The notice will usually be served on the person responsible.

We will consider taking tenancy action against any customer that has been found to commit a statutory noise nuisance.

Prostitution

This is a criminal offence and must be reported to the Police immediately.

Sexual Offences

This is a criminal offence and must be reported to the Police immediately.

Verbal Abuse / Harassment / Intimidation

If the behaviour you have experienced or witnessed is of a criminal nature this must be reported to the Police immediately.
