Anti-Social Behaviour Orbit Does Not Manage

We do not consider the following to be Anti-social Behaviour that we will deal with:

Babies Crying

We do not consider this to be anti-social behaviour, babies often cry especially during the night; this is reasonable,and we cannot take any action in relation to this.

If you are concerned about the child’s safety or welfare please refer to our Safeguarding page for further advice or contact the Police on 999 in an emergency.

Children Playing

We do not consider this to be anti-social behaviour and will not take any action in relation to this.

Although some type of behaviour can be annoying it does not mean it is anti-social behaviour. Children will play both inside and outside and this is considered part of their development and essential for a healthy upbringing.

Cooking Smells

We do not consider this to be anti-social behaviour.

DIY Noise

We do not consider this to be anti-social behaviour.

If you are comfortable doing so we suggest you speak to your neighbour as they may not realise you can hear them.

Dog and Cat Fouling

We do not consider this to be anti-social behaviour.

Dog owners can be fined by the Local Authority for not clearing up after a dog.

Disputes (friends and family)

Personal disputes are not something we will become involved with as your landlord.We do not consider this to be anti-social behaviour and will not take any action.

General Living Noise (doors banging, footsteps, etc)

We do not consider this to be anti-social behaviour.

If you are comfortable doing so we suggest you seapk to your neighbour as they may not realise you can hear them.

Lifestyle Clashes

We do not consider this to be anti-social behaviour and will not take any action.

We expect people to understand there will be differences such as working patterns, cultural differences, medical requirements, and we cannot do anything about this.

Parking Issues

We do not consider this to be anti-social behaviour.

If someone is parking inconsiderately or in your allocated space we suggest that you speak to them direct.

If the parking issue relates to a public highway, please contact the Local Authority.

If the vehicle is parked in such a manner that it is dangerous needs to be moved immediately please contact the Police.

Parties (one off)

We do not consider this to be anti-social behaviour.

It is reasonable for people to have occasional celebrations. If you are comfortable doing so we suggest you have a chat with your neighbour as they may not realise you were disturbed.
