Check your account balance

You can check your account with us anytime via our secure online service, My Account.

Once you've registered and signed in to My Account, you can see a breakdown under 'View account details'.

When you click on the account you want to view, you'll be able to view, filter and print or download a breakdown of charges and payments. If you have more than one account with us, you be able to choose which one you want to check.

If you are struggling to meet your payment responsibilities, please get in touch with us as soon as possible. We work with partners including Citizen's Advice to provide impartial budgeting advice. We can also work with you to agree a payment plan if you are having difficulties.

If your account is in credit, you may be able to apply for a refund from us. If you receive Housing Benefit, we recommend keeping a month's credit on your account to help with transition to Universal Credit payments.
