We’re committed to providing opportunities for our customers to have their say in how our services are delivered. We want to make it as easy as possible for you to get involved and tell us what's important to you.
Being involved is about making a difference to where you live and/or the services you receive. You can challenge us as your landlord and hold us to account for our performance. You’ll work with other customers and staff to help drive improvements. You can work as part of a team or independently from home, and there’s always help available to you if you need it. You can also choose what you do to make sure it suits your lifestyle and interests.
We are currently refreshing our approach to involvement working alongside our service improvement group. This will include improving how you can be involved at home and digitally, in your local area and our face to face activities. We will update this page with what is agreed. In the meantime, do tell us how you wish to be involved and what interests you.
What’s going on?
We are currently starting projects and consultations on the following
- Communal repairs
- Service charges
- Digital involvement
- Housing policies
We are also running our regular activities of performance challenge (monitor, review and challenge how we are performing), service improvement groups (cover a range of topics including repairs and complaints)
