Welcome to this year’s annual report to customers.
This is our opportunity to look back over the last year and show you how we are performing. We have achieved some real successes but we also know that there are some areas where we still need to improve.
It is important that we are getting our services right for our customers. We hope that this report shows that we are listening to you and will continue to improve our services.

In each section below, we show how we have performed against our targets. These figures are colour-coded; the colours indicate:
Red — We did not achieve our target
Amber — The target was not achieved but our performance was better than last year
Green — We achieved our target
