Accuracy of content
We aim to update the Sites regularly and may change the content at any time. Any of the material on the Sites may be out of date at any given time, and we are under no obligation to update such material.
Commentary and other materials posted on the Sites are not intended to amount to advice upon which reliance should be placed. We work hard to ensure that all information on the Sites is accurate. However, occasionally errors can occur. Any information is provided on an "as is" basis and we do not give any warranty or make any representation of any kind, whether express or implied, in relation to it.
The use of the Sites is at your own risk and we shall not be liable for any loss or damage that might occur, howsoever arising, as a result of your use of or reliance upon the information contained on the Sites. You should take appropriate legal, financial or other advice before taking any action arising out of the use of material from the Sites.
Commentary and other materials posted by visitors on our Sites are the opinions and advice of those visitors, not of us, and we are not responsible for them and do not guarantee their accuracy or quality. Content submitted by you
Certain areas of the Sites allow users to submit various information, resources and commentary. By submitting any materials to us for inclusion on any part of the Sites, you allow us to use the material in your contribution in any way we may reasonably choose on a free-of-charge basis in any media throughout the world.
Any contributions you make may be moderated by us, which means they may be reviewed, edited and/or removed. We reserve the right to remove any of your contributions if we believe that they do not comply with these Terms (including but not limited to the Content Standards below).
You grant us the right to change or edit the materials in your contribution for operational and editorial reasons. We may also share your contribution with third parties in such ways as we see fit.
Any copyright in your contribution will remain with you and this permission is not exclusive, so you can continue to use the material you contribute in any way including allowing others to use it. It also means that you will not have the right to object to any derogatory treatment of that work.
You confirm that your contribution is your own original work, is not defamatory or unlawful and does not infringe anyone else's rights (including privacy and Intellectual Property Rights) and that it complies with these Terms. You also confirm that you have all necessary permissions, consents and licences to submit any such contribution. We may be entitled to bring a claim against you for any loss we suffer as a result of any third party claim that we have, by publishing or allowing you to publish a submission on any Site, infringed a third party's rights.
Your contribution may or may not be published on any Site in our absolute discretion.
If you do not want to grant us permission to use your contributions in accordance with these Terms, please do not share with or submit them to us.

We shall not be obliged to continue to offer any third party links through any Site and may remove such links (or replace them with links to other third parties' sites) at any time and in our discretion.

Information provided to or by us through any Site, including by email, cannot be guaranteed to be secure or error-free. Such information may be subject to loss, interception, or alteration. We will not be liable for any loss or damages, howsoever arising, occurring as a result of such electronic communication being lost, intercepted or altered or affected in any other way.
We make every effort to ensure that the Sites are free from viruses or defects. However, we cannot guarantee that your use of any Site or any websites accessible through the Sites will not cause damage to your computer or otherwise. You must not misuse the Site by knowingly introducing viruses, trojans, worms, logic bombs or other material which is malicious or technologically harmful. You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Site, the server on which the Site is stored or any server, computer or database connected to the Site. By breaching this provision, you might be committing criminal acts and be subject to prosecution. We will report any such breach to the relevant law enforcement authorities and we will cooperate with those authorities by disclosing your identity and any other information we hold to them. In the event of such a breach, your right to use the Site will cease immediately.
If you choose, or you are provided with, a user identification code, password or any other piece of information as part of our security procedures, you must treat such information as confidential, and you must not disclose it to any third party. We have the right to disable any user identification code or password, whether chosen by you or allocated by us, at any time, if in our opinion you have failed to comply with any of the provisions of these Terms.
All information stored on, accessible through or provided in connection with any Site (or access to it, or use of it) is also confidential and commercially sensitive. You agree to treat all such information as confidential and not to disclose it to any third party whatsoever without our prior written consent, unless you are required by law to do so.
You acknowledge and agree that damages alone would not be an adequate remedy for any breach by you of the confidentiality obligations set out in these Terms. Accordingly we will be entitled, without proof of special damages, to the remedies of injunction, specific performance or other equitable relief for any threatened or actual breach of these Terms by you.
