Mid Norfolk Workout Group
A new FREE project, helping you become healthier and find out more about your local environment by taking part in nature conservation activities.
The project’s 2 main work-sites are both near Themelthorpe. Foxley Wood is Norfolk's largest ancient woodland, and Mayfields is a mixed farm with hedgerows, ponds, and a new traditional orchard. We will be working at these sites and elsewhere to improve habitats for wildlife and allow people to have contact with nature.
We usually have a range of tasks to do so that there is something that everyone can usefully do. We welcome people with a wide range of health conditions and disabilities.
