All Orbit administrative offices will be shut on 24th December. Offices, Schemes and Supported Housing units that do not provide 24 hour services will be open and maintained on 28th December, 31st December and 2nd January but with reduced staff members.
As the Customer Service Centre (CSC) provides a service to our customers that is 24 hours a day, 365 days of the year, it will remain operational throughout the holiday period. If you need to report a repair or fault then please contact the CSC on 024 7643 8000
