Orbit's Customer Service Centre (CSC) has been shortlisted for Small Contact Centre of the Year in the European Contact Centre & Customer Service Awards (ECCCSA) 2016.
The longest established awards for contact centres in Europe, the ECCCSA’s aim to recognise the importance of good customer service and celebrate the impact this can have on the success of a business.
Orbit's CSC made the prestigious shortlist after demonstrating how frontline staff are actively engaged in supporting the wider team, as well as showcasing the positive impact the centre has had on the organisation as a whole.
Colette Flattery, Head of CSC, said: “I am absolutely delighted that the CSC has been shortlisted in one of the most prestigious cross industry contact centre awards for customer service. The team does a fantastic job meeting the needs of our customers and deserves recognition for their consistent hard work and expertise in delivering great customer service."
A panel of judges will visit the CSC, based at Garden Court in Coventry, later this month.
The CSC was also shortlisted in the UK Customer Experience Awards 2016 for Insight and Feedback in July with results expected in the coming weeks.
The winners of the ECCCSA, judged by a panel of 46 experts from within the customer service industry, will be announced on Monday 21 November.
