On the road to home ownership with Help to Buy

Help to Buy Midlands will be heading out on the road in 2016 with its Spring Roadshow, to help more people into homeownership.

The Help to Buy Roadshow is an opportunity to meet a range of housing professionals, who can help would-be-homeowners unlock their buying potential and get on the property ladder.

With house builders, mortgage advisors and solicitors available on hand, attendees can increase their property knowledge and come away with lots of useful information. Help to Buy Midlands will be on hand with information about the different home buying options that are available and how Help to Buy works.

Exhibitors include house builders with properties available through the Help to Buy Equity Loan and Shared Ownership schemes, and Independent Financial Advisors, who will be providing free mortgage assessments and advice throughout the day. There will also be solicitors available with guidance on the conveyancing process.

The shows are not just for first-time buyers, they are also for people thinking about moving up the property ladder, or downsizing to a smaller home.
