Orbit Heart of England and Hankinson are delighted to announce a five year contract framework to manage the cyclical redecoration of homes owned and managed by Orbit Heart of England. Hankinson will be working closely with Orbit Heart of England to provide services for over 2,000 homes per year. As well as providing cyclical redecoration, Hankinson will also be providing ‘Prior to Paint Repair’ services which includes repairs to timber doors and windows, soffits and facias and minor render repairs and will have up to 30 people working on the contract.

Orbit Heart of England is part of the Orbit Group, who own and manage about 37,000 homes in England with about 100,000 customers in the Midlands, East, South East and London regions. In the Midlands, Orbit Heart of England owns and manages about 16,500 homes.
