Online payments - allpay launch

allpay goes live online

In August we started to switchover our payment provider from Santander to allpay, beginning with debit/credit and payment card methods. 

Now you can also pay rent online using allpay via the My Account area. (Direct Debits are still handled by Santander). 

Simply select 'Pay My Rent' from within My Account and you will then be prompted to sign in. To save you time, this will then automatically populate your 19 digit PRN (Personal Reference Number) required to make an online payment. You can then continue to enter your card details to complete your payment.

Other ways to make a payment

Since switching provider to allpay, we have been working to provide you with  a number of different ways to make a payment, these include:

  • Payments via allpay mobile app
  • IVR – make an automated payment via your phone
  • Contact the Customer Service Centre
  • Make a payment via text
  • Use a payment card via PayPoint
