Service Matters announced today that they have been chosen by the Board of Quality Housing Services Ltd (QHS) to take forward the QHS business and product suite.
As a division of Orbit Group, Service Matters will continue to deliver the customer insight, assessment, performance excellence modelling and assurance services previously delivered by QHS, and also work to develop new and exciting services and products aimed at social landlords.
Andrew Greenhill, previously QHS Chief Executive Office and now Orbit Group Head of Business Development, said “I am absolutely delighted and hugely excited about this development for QHS, It will give us the capability to create and build our assurance services to meet the changing needs of the sector whilst also enabling us to continue driving services in a responsive and value adding, customer focused way.”
Service Matters is the professional corporate services division of Orbit Group that provides services such as Internal Audit, Procurement, Fraud Management and Lean Business Improvement to over 40 social landlords. This commercial activity supports Orbit Group in its mission of Building Communities.
