Orbit Group Ltd (the “Data Controller”) [Registration No: Z6128096],  is responsible for the collection, processing, storage and safe keeping of any information you provide on this website and the information you provide will be managed in accordance with relevant legislation (e.g. Data Protection Act).

When someone visits our website, we collect standard internet log information and details of visitor behaviour patterns, using Google analytics (see section 6.3 - How we use Cookies). We do this to find out things such as the number of visitors to the various parts of the site.

You have the right under s7 of the Data Protection Act, to request access to the personal information we may hold about you by making a Subject Access Request application. If we do hold information about you, we will:-

• Tell you why we are holding it;
• Tell you who it could be disclosed to; and
• Let you have a copy of the information in an intelligible form.

We make every effort to ensure that the information we hold about you is accurate and up-to-date. You may ask us to either to correct or remove information you think is inaccurate. Please send your written request to the address in below

7.3 Opt Out of receiving Direct Marketing

You have the right at any time to ‘opt out’ of us processing using your personal information for direct marketing purposes. We then have up to 21 days to action this. If you wish to do this at any time (details below).
