In response to customer feedback, Orbit Response is changing its contact number to an 0845 number which is charged at a local rate from landlines.
The new telephone number - 0845 605 0551 - will be available 24 hours a day and used for customer enquiries. The new number will replace 02476 454466 and will NOT affect customers lifelines/dispersed alarms.
The changes will come into effect from 24 March 2010.
